How to download your photos using Pixieset
Instructions to Download
STEP 1:Open your Pixieset Gallery to view your photographs. Once your photos are completely ready for viewing, you will receive an email link that contains a password and/or a PIN code for secure access.
STEP 2: Click on the DOWNLOAD icon that is prominently displayed in the top right corner of the Gallery View, which features an arrow that is pointing downwards, indicating the action to be taken!
STEP 3: Enter your email address and/or download pin where prompted.
STEP 4: Please confirm the specific set or individual photo you wish to download, along with the desired download size and location. You can choose to save the files directly to your machine or opt for one of the free cloud services, such as Dropbox or Google Photos, for convenient access.
If you choose to download your images directly to your PC or MAC, the email address you provided during the process will be utilized to notify you when your .zip file of images is successfully prepared and ready for download. This option is particularly convenient if you prefer not to remain on the download page while waiting for this task to complete. Additionally, this email will include the essential link you need to access your images and download the .zip file onto your computer, which you can then easily extract at your convenience.
If you selected either the Dropbox or Google Photos cloud options for your images, you will be able to access and view your photos directly from your account at your convenience.
I would strongly recommend downloading your gallery in both high resolution and web size formats. Web size images are particularly great for sharing on social media platforms and through email communications, ensuring quick loading times and easy sharing. However, if you are considering printing any of your images, I would recommend that you utilize the high resolution versions, as they provide the best quality for printed output.
